2026 Author Fair

Come join us for our 2026 Northstate Author Fair, hosted by the Redding Writers Forum!

This is your chance to meet and mingle with local authors, ask questions about their books, and purchase signed copies directly from the authors themselves.
​
Be sure to bring cash, as not all of our vendors will have the ability to run a card.
​

Time: 10am - 4pm

Cost for Forum Members: $20
Cost for Non-Members: $35 (includes a free 1-year membership to the Redding Writers Forum)

Please make checks out to the Redding Writers Forum. You will be responsible for bringing your own 6ft table, chairs, and any other materials you may need.

Deadline to apply: April 15, 2026
Note About Seller ID#
In order to legally sell your books at this event, you will need to provide a seller ID number with your application.
​
If you have never obtained a seller ID before, have no fear! It's free, and it's easier than you think.
​
What you'll need to obtain is a temporary sales permit for the date of the event. You can either visit this website to sign up for your permit online, or if you need guidance on how to do this, please visit the in-person office at 2881 Churn Creek Road, Redding, CA 96002. They will be more than happy to guide you through the process.
